About Our Mattresses
A recompacted mattress is a brand-name mattress that has been compressed and re-rolled using specialized equipment after its original packaging was opened or a return that was never slept on. The mattress is inspected, sanitized, re-compressed to its original dimensions, and repackaged. It performs identically to a brand-new unit and carries the same manufacturer’s quality. This allows us to offer premium mattresses at a significant discount compared to buying brand new.
Recompacting is a standard packaging process, not a sign of damage or second-hand use.
Almost. They are mattresses that have been professionally recompressed and recompacted that are different from factory-sealed. Each mattress is inspected carefully by the qualified third-party before being made available for purchase.
We believe that everyone deserves premium sleep without paying full showroom retail prices. The same trusted brands. The same luxurious comfort with up to 70% discount.
Yes, identical. The mattress is the same product, made in the same factory, with the same materials and the same construction. Recompacting is a packaging method, not a product change. When you unbox and unroll it, you get exactly what the brand sells on its own website.
We carry mattresses from approximately 15 well-known mattress brands, with availability depending on our current inventory.
Our goal is to offer a rotating selection of trusted brand-name mattresses at strong values. Therefore, our selection changes regularly, specific brands, models, sizes, and firmness options may vary from week to week. So we recommend checking our website frequently or contacting us if you are looking for a particular brand or model.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. We offer free nationwide delivery throughout the contiguous U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. There are no surprise charges at checkout.
Standard delivery allows 5–10 business days. We will provide your delivery checking number by email before the day of delivery.
Currently we deliver to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations at this time.
Manufacturer Warranty
Our mattresses are sold through a resale channel at significantly reduced prices, so the original manufacturer’s warranty does not apply. The discounted pricing is offered by Mattress Deal Hub, not by the mattress manufacturer. We clearly disclose the warranty disclaimer on every product page so you know exactly what is included before you buy.
Our mattresses are sold through a resale channel, which is how we offer savings of up to 70% off retail. Because of this, the manufacturer’s warranty does not apply. We show the warranty disclaimer on every product page, so you always know what you’re getting.
Since our mattresses are not purchased through a partner retail channel, the manufacturer is unlikely to accept warranty registration or claims for them. Please contact us directly with any concerns about your order.
We do not currently offer a separate warranty. Rest assured, you’re getting the original brand-name mattress with the same materials and construction found in stores. The only difference is that it’s recompacted using our own packing process.
Returns & Refunds
Because our mattresses are offered at deeply discounted final-sale pricing, we generally do not accept returns once the correct item has been delivered as described.
Refunds are not available for change of mind, comfort preference, firmness preference, or ordering the wrong size. We only accept refunds if wrong items sent to you. This policy helps us maintain our discounted pricing.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
If your mattress is damaged during delivery, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the damage and packaging. We will review the situation and work with you on the appropriate next step.
Comfort and firmness are personal preferences, so we are unable to offer returns or refunds based on how a mattress feels after delivery. We recommend reviewing the product description and firmness information carefully before purchasing.
Customers are responsible for confirming the correct mattress size before placing an order. Because our products are final sale, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections.
If your order has not yet entered processing or shipment, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, although cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Our final-sale model allows us to offer premium brand-name mattresses at significantly reduced prices. By keeping returns limited, we are able to pass more savings directly to our customers.
